Where can I find the format guidelines for the Journal and the
Proceedings?
The guidelines for formatting your manuscript for the

How do I Submit a Paper for Presentation consideration?
Submit an abstract, working in progress or completed paper by e-mail to:
submissions@theIBFR.com
prior to due date for the event. All submission must be in
Microsoft Word or Acrobat PDF format. Include the contact
information for all authors on the first page of the document.

Are the Conference Submissions blind reviewed?
Yes, the editor and a blind reviewer will evaluate all the
conference submissions.
