Ramada Plaza Herradura Golf Resort Conference Center
We
encourage you to stay at the conference hotel and to arrange for
your lodging early. Costa Rica is a popular destination and
hotels do sell out. We have arranged for a block of rooms at Ramada
Plaza Herradura Golf Resort & Conference Center at a special rate of
$105 (single or double) per night plus taxes. This rate includes
breakfast.
Ramada
Herradura hotel is located in the heart of the central valley five
miles away from the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO), and
40 minutes from downtown San Jose.
GCBF-IBFR Group Rate
To receive the special $105 rate, you must make your reservations directly with the hotel. The special rate is available until April 22, or until the available block of rooms is reserved, whichever occurs first. All Costa Rica hotel reservations are subject to a 16.39% sales and t transient tax

How to Make your Reservations
You can make your reservations by calling 506-2209-9800 and ask for
the IBFR-GCBF (Institute for Business and Finance Research) Group
rate or by
email to
reservaciones@ramadaherradura.com. Again, be sure to indicate to the
hotel that you will be attending the GCBF and would like to receive
the special rate. After April 22, 2011, or after the block of rooms
is filled, the hotel will not honor the special rate and regular
rates will apply.

You must provide a valid credit card to make and guarantee your reservations. Please make sure to include: (1)name as it appears on your credit card, (2) credit card number, (3) expiration date and (4) security code. You can fax this information to 011-506-2239-0210 or you can call reservations. The hotel will not process reservations without this information.
Reservation Deadlines

Hotel Cancellation Policy (important)
You will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee your reservations. If needed, make sure that you request the cancellation of your reservations at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date. Otherwise, Otherwise, the hotel will charge a No Show cancellation fee igual to your first night plus taxes
