We encourage you to stay at the conference hotel and to arrange for
your lodging early. Las Vegas is a popular destination at this
time of year and hotels regularly sell out. We have arranged for a
small block of rooms at the Flamingo Las Vegas at the special rates
of $59 per night for the standard room (3 star) and $89 per night
for the Go rooms (4 star) based on double occupancy, plus taxes
(12%). Additional persons will be charged a rate of $30 each
with a maximum of four persons per room. These Group rates
will be honored, Sunday, January 2 through Wednesday, January 5,
2011. These rates are available for booking until Friday,
December 3, 2010, or until the available block of rooms is reserved,
whichever occurs first. A credit card is required to make
reservations.
How to Make Reservations
To receive this group rate, attendees must call from the U.S. 888-373-9855 and from overseas 702-733-3353, and ask for the Global Conference on Business and Finance group rate code SFGC10. You can also book online at the Flamingo Hotel reservation group website, located at http://www.harrahs.com/CheckGroupAvailability.do?propCode=FLV&groupCode=SFGC10 Hotel cancellations must be received at least 72 prior to your scheduled arrival date hours prior to arrival to avoid charges.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to the full day charge.
Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest 21 years of
age or older.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first nights guestroom and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, a first night’s guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder’s account. Hotel will also accept check or wire transfer for full pre-payment of the guestroom based on request only.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
The Hotel will confirm reservations with a one night’s deposit plus tax or credit card guarantee. Cancellation of the reservations may occur anytime between thirty (30) days and eight (8) days prior to arrival without charge. If cancellation occurs between seven (7) days and seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival, the hotel shall retain one night’s room and tax. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival, the hotel will charge for the entire stay.
