CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM

What is included with your conference Registration Fee
All authors attending the conference must register and pay the registration fee. By paying the non-refundable non-transferable conference fee, you are entitled to a fifteen to twenty minute presentation of your paper at the Global Conference on Business and Finance. You may attend all sessions of the conference. You may publish in the conference proceedings. You will receive one copy of the proceedings, one copy of the conference program, and snacks and refreshments at the onsite conference. Participants are also invited to attend the awards ceremony. Authors may submit their papers for the Outstanding Research Award competition. Outstanding Research Award winners are offered the opportunity to publish their paper in one of affiliated Journals. Authors winning the Best Paper in Session award may submit their paper for review and possible publication in one of our Journals. Note that an additional $25 per page fee applies to manuscripts that are published in our Journals. The Institute reserves the right to reassign all presentations to internet sessions or cancel the conference in the event of a natural disaster, terrorist event, illness or other unusual circumstances as determined solely at the discretion of the IBFR. In the event of conference cancellation, the Institute will only be responsible for, at most, returning the attendee’s conference registration fee. The IBFR reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Submission of this form indicates your acceptance of these terms.

We ask that you provide us with as many times as possible, so we can schedule your paper in the most appropriate session. Authors with more than two papers must select multiple days. Conferences Fees: All attending authors must register and pay the registration fee. The registration fee for each attending author is US$320 for the first paper and $80 per additional paper. Registration fee for non-presenting attendees is $320. Students will receive a US$25 discount (proof of full-time students status required). An additional $50 processing fee applies for papers having five or more authors. There is a US$50 late registration fee. Please refer to your acceptance letter for payment deadlines. Only registered and paid attendees will receive a conference welcome package and may participate in the conference. Your acceptance letter has detailed information about what is included with your package.
